Marches Energy Agency (MEA) is a climate change charity based in the West Midlands region of England. The Agency was established in 1995 with funding from the European Commission.

As part of projects, MEA works with communities and community groups to raise awareness of climate change and what actions can be taken to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, such as through energy efficiency, renewable generation, and sustainable transport. The Agency is also heavily involved in the development of regional energy policy.

MEA is responsible for co-ordinating the dissemination of information and results of the Eco n' Home project to organisations and agencies in countries across the European Union. This role includes the administration of the project website, and the publication of the flyer and guide.
