Welcome to Eco n'Home

Eco n'Home is a pioneering initiative to monitor and reduce the energy consumption of over 1000 sample households across Europe. Central to the project is the development and delivery of a new service for advising households on sustainable energy use in their dwelling and travel. The project is supported by the "Intelligent Energy Europe" programme of the European Commission.

The project takes place over 36 months beginning in January 2006 and ending in December 2008. Energy experts are involved from local and regional agencies in six European countries bringing together a wealth of experience and expertise in the sustainable energy and sustainable commmunity fields.

More detail on the service, how it is being delivered and the partners can be found on this site - please read on...!
